Details of the products available for purchase (including their price) are set out on the WEIMEI ONLINE STORE. WEIMEI takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the WEIMEI ONLINE STORE are correct at the time when the relevant information is placed onto the WEIMEI ONLINE STORE. Although every effort is made to keep the WEIMEI ONLINE STORE as up to date as possible, the information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
All prices in the WEIMEI ONLINE STORE are inclusive of VAT and any other import duties that may arise. However, transportation costs will always be shown separately and in your final order price.
WEIMEI will keep the units in stock from the WEIMEI ONLINE STORE updated with the units available in our warehouses. Under any circumstances, WEIMEI will intentionally put in sale more units than the ones in stock.
Delivery dates which might be specified in the Order, the Order Confirmation, or in any other communication from WEIMEI (whether oral or in writing) are estimates only. WEIMEI shall not be liable for any failure to ship complete orders or for any shipment delay.
All invoiced sums shall be paid in full in the currency of the invoice without deduction or set off (statutory or otherwise) and in cleared funds. You will be able to make payments with your credit or debit cards and PayPal.
We have gone to great lengths to make your shopping experience safe and secure. You can use your credit/debit card without any worries; all data are sent through encrypted channels to the bank. We don’t store any information in our severs.

WEIMEI’s products maintain the highest standard and each phone and its accessories are carefully made. But, if the buyer has a reason not to be satisfied with the product he bought, he has the option of requesting a return during the first 15 natural days of purchase. WEIMEI reserves the right to refuse a returns after the initial 15 days period.
In the case the buyer wants a return, he or she is required to send the product back to WEIMEI along with all documentation and accessories that he received. Please, don’t send any additional add-ons, like screen protectors, memory cards or SIM cards. Please keep in mind that you are the only person responsible for all personal information stored in your device. WEIMEI recommends to back up your data; erase all sensitive and personal data before returning the product to us.
WEIMEI reserves the right to refuse a refund when the product returned to us has been damaged. In each case, we will carefully check the product and verify the fault. If we detect any physical damage caused by neglect, tampering, misuse, incorrect adjustment and installation or normal wear and tear, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. Additionally, if price fluctuations are the only reason for return of the product, WEIMEI reserves the right to refuse the refund.
The product must be in ‘as new’ state and, desirably, with the original sealed packaging untouched. Accessories must also be sealed in their original packaging. Upon receiving the product and approving your request, WEIMEI will provide you with a full refund, diminished by shipping and handling fees involved in the return process.

(hereafter "WEIMEI") informs the User that the personal data provided will only be treated by WEIMEI and, when appropriate, incorporated into WEIMEI files in order to respond to Users inquiries, suggestions, questions and quote requests.
